“Unexpressed emotions will never die. They are buried alive and will come forth later in uglier ways.”

-Sigmund Freud

Never hold your emotions
Cause, if you hold
You will only hurt yourself more

  1. If you want to hold on to something, hold on to yourself and your dreams. That’s far more reasonable.

Because you are the main character of your own story, and main characters are, or at least will be, reliable at some points of the story’s plot.

    • Hmm, yeah! You know I really can’t hind my emotions, however, when times comes to express/share feelings, I feel scared…
But, you said it right, we are the main character of our story 🙂
Thanks again for your encouraging words, dear! 🙂 ❤

    • It’s hard you know… And especially when you hit hard emotionally by someone recently.
But, trying… Thank you, Upen! 🙂

  2. Excellent post! And just to think that the clients referred to Freud, early on in his career, were so psychologically-clogged that certain parts of their bodies had become paralyzed. It’s a wonder what we (and others) do to our hearts and minds, and in turn, what our hearts and minds do to us. Again, excellent post!

    • Indeed!! Sigmund Freud, is known as the father of psychoanalysis. That’s why this quote of his means a lot or have a heavy weight. Because, he know exactly when we or other hurt our emotion, then it will give a big impact on that persons mind, body and behaviour as a whole.
Thank you for taking us in depth 🙂 Thanks a million, Izzy 🙂 ❤
