C For Confusion…

April A to Z Blogging…. For me C for Confusion…

I really don’t know what to do
I thought I would forget you
I can’t get you out of my mind
Want the things to rewind
Want you to give me a call
Waiting for the rain to fall
Whenever I see you
My heart won’t have a clue
I just run out of breath
Really waiting for my death
I wish we’d never met
Now I’m in a debt
I don’t really hate you
But I know you don’t allow me to love you
I know that you don’t care
But in a way that’s not fair
How can I have been so blind
When I know I’m out of your mind
Once I thought we were friends
But I guess even that ends
It’s been long we haven’t talked
But why I’m so shocked
Why our friendship short ranged
Why you behave so strange
What did I do
Why do I still miss you
The thing is we were never friends
That’s why we had to end
I know you loved me too
But this just won’t do
Do you still love me
Then just leave things be
I really just don’t know what to do
These feelings are making me blue

  1. I so get you, Nimmi. So confusing and no explanation at hands. At times we simply have to consciously get distance to the situation in order to be able to observe it. When we have the distance we automatically stop identifying with it. That is the first big step towards liberation.

    • Sometimes these unanswered questions just confuses me to the core. Don’t know what to do, whom to ask and then suddenly mind reply why to ask? The fight between heart and mind is so confusing.
You said it right, dear, we have to distance ourself from the situation if we want liberation.
Thank you dear for your support and kind word!! ❤ 🙂

      • I thank you, Nimmi! Your comment is of great value for me. I guess at times – when we are really fighting with ourselves, feel lost and confused to the core – it is the most important thing to know that no one is alone with those feelings. They are part of our own development. I promise you, Nimmi, where you are at the moment is a very important place. You are going deep into yourself and you will find something you wouldn’t have found without. This special aspect within you will make you grow out of yourself. It is confusing, because you are entering a world you don’t know yet. That’s why we look for explanations and cannot find them. Our mind has no experience with it. Therefore we should get still and go within our heart. When we sense the message of our heart we need to align our thoughts. Once done we have found a tool to ALWAYS lead ourselves back on track.

      • Nimmi, I am sure about it. I did not plan to comment in that way, it just happened. That always tells me that there is a deep truth behind. Just tell me at once when ever you feel I went too far. OK? Acutally I don’t need to tell you anything. You know it all already. Big hugs to you!

  2. You’ve captured the angst and sadness of the end of a relationship perfectly. There are so many questions that we have, yet little in the way of answers. Sometimes I yearn for those answers, but down deep I know the answers may hurt me even more. Perhaps its best not to have the questions answered?

    • Indeed, Rob!! You understand me perfectly. All the unanswered questions haunt me. Heart want to know the answers, but, mind have a different view. And this fight confuses me.
However, you said it right, better not to have the answers, because if you have, you end up hurting yourself more.
Thank you, dear for understanding and lovely support!! ❤ 🙂

  3. It’s always confusing when the questions are left unanswered but somehow it’s good for us only — you know ignorance is bliss? Because sometimes truth hurt more than anything.
Thank you for sharing this very well-expressed piece of writing.

    • Indeed!! Unanswered questions are confusing. But, you are right, better to ignore it, if we don’t want to hurt ourselves.

  4. Sometimes we become so attached to something or someone that we think we cannot do without it; and feel devastated when we see signs of losing it. Of course, nothing is indispensable in anyone’s life. We can do very well without the things we are so attached to now. If someone walks out of your life that should not mean there is something wrong with you; it means the person is not the right one for you. There is something better waiting for you so no need to get confused and speculate and feel bad. It is rather a time to celebrate and thank God for making you see there is a better choice for you somewhere; to appear at the right time.

  5. When you are standing at the cross roads you need to trust your intuition, your faith and belief in yourself, there is no greater love,it’s painful at first without true closure but you will see a much clearer picture if you take the turn by your self
